Work With Me

What I build

I'm a generalist operator betting on the future of work: systems that run themselves 24/7 while you handle strategy. Six live properties prove the model (AIPriceRadar, EuroPriceDrop, TipidNation, Chocobot, WebGeek, and BudgetDecoded) cutting manual work by ~80% and shipping content across markets most agencies won't touch. Like training, the gains come from compounding: small systems, stacked, that keep paying off long after they're built.

The Problem

Most "AI services" are a chatbot wearing a strategy deck.

You've probably already had the pitch, an agency sells you "AI-powered marketing," and what you get is a prompt template and a Zapier zap. It works for a week, then someone forgets to update it and nobody notices for a month.

That's not a system. That's a demo that shipped.

The actual bottleneck isn't a missing tool. It's that nobody designed the workflow around the agent from day one, so the agent stays bolted on, fragile, and eventually gets quietly abandoned.

My Approach

I build what I'd be willing to run on my own sites, because I already am.

Every service below is something I run in production, not something I read about and now sell. AIPriceRadar's affiliate matching, EuroPriceDrop's localization pipeline, TipidNation's content engine, same architecture, different market.

Before I propose anything, I want to know:

  • What's repeatable enough to hand to an agent, and what still needs a person's judgment
  • Where the current process is losing time, accuracy, or money
  • What the human review gate looks like, because nothing ships unreviewed, on my sites or yours
What I Offer

Services designed around systems that outlive the engagement

AI Workflow Automation

Autonomous agents that run growth workflows, revenue ops, and customer processes, without someone babysitting them. I wire them up and keep a human gate before anything ships.

Agent Architecture · AI Automation

AI-Native Growth Systems

Growth built around agents from day one, multi-market campaigns, content automation, and continuous optimization that keeps working between check-ins.

Growth Strategy · Content Automation

Revenue Automation

AI across revenue operations, from acquisition to expansion, the unglamorous backbone that makes growth repeatable instead of lucky.

Revenue Ops · AI Automation

Content & Localization

Content pipelines and multi-region localization that don't read like machine translation. I've shipped this across 80+ markets and know exactly where it breaks.

Content Automation · Localization

Lifecycle & CRM

Customer lifecycle and CRM automation that stays personal at scale, built on the same segmentation work I ran for millions of users at Celsius.

CRM Automation · Lifecycle

AI Consulting & Implementation

Hands-on help designing and shipping AI-native systems, not a strategy doc you file away, but working infrastructure you keep.

Who I Help

Built for your stage

Startup, enterprise, or agency, the build changes with the scale, but the principle doesn't: growth loops and flywheels that compound, not one-off campaigns that fizzle.

Startups Scaling Into New Markets

AI consulting, workflow automation, and content systems for multi-market growth, the pieces a small team can't staff but still needs running.

My Process

How an engagement actually runs

01
Audit
Map the current workflow. Find what's repeatable, where it leaks time or accuracy, what actually needs a human.
02
Design
Architect the agent system: inputs, logic, guardrails, and the human review gate.
03
Build
Ship the working system, not a slide deck, n8n, Claude, Astro, MCP, whatever the stack actually needs.
04
Review Gate
Set the checkpoint where a person signs off before anything goes live.
05
Run & Optimize
Watch the real numbers. Refine based on what the data says.
Built for your stage
A single agentic build looks different from ongoing MarTech architecture. Same steps, different depth.
Technology

The stack behind the work

AI agents and LLMs, automation, content engineering, CRM, paid media, and the affiliate stack, gathered across crypto, fintech, and startups, and proven on my own sites. The tools are commodities; the judgment of how to wire them together isn't.

FAQ

Questions, answered straight

The things founders, hiring managers, and agencies usually ask before we talk.

What does an AI agent operator actually do?+
I design and run autonomous AI agents that handle growth-marketing work end to end, content generation, multi-market localization, lifecycle messaging, and competitive research. The point is a system that keeps executing instead of waiting on someone to do it manually.
How is this different from just using AI tools?+
Using AI tools means bolting a chatbot onto a process you already run by hand. What I build is AI-native: the workflow is designed around agents from the start, so AI is the engine, not an add-on. I learned the difference building my own sites, not from a deck.
What kind of companies do you work with?+
Startups scaling into new markets, teams automating customer lifecycle and revenue ops, and agencies that want white-label AI automation. The common thread is people who want a system that compounds, not another batch of one-off campaigns.
Are you available for fractional or project-based work?+
Yes. I take project-based builds and advisory, plus fractional roles like Growth Lead or AI-focused marketing leadership. It ranges from a single agentic build to ongoing MarTech architecture, whatever the problem actually needs.
Where are you based and do you work remotely?+
I work from the Philippines, remotely, with teams worldwide. The base keeps senior AI and growth-engineering work cost-efficient without trading away quality or timezone overlap.

AI Consulting & Growth Automation Services, Philippines-Based, Remote Worldwide

John Arce provides AI consulting, workflow automation, and MarTech architecture for startups scaling into new markets, teams automating revenue operations, and agencies building white-label AI practices. Based in the Philippines, working remotely with teams worldwide.

What's included in an AI consulting engagement?

Engagements range from a single agentic build (one workflow, one agent, shipped and running) to ongoing MarTech architecture covering content automation, localization, CRM, and lifecycle systems. Every engagement includes a human review gate; nothing ships unreviewed.

How is this different from a marketing agency?

A marketing agency delivers campaigns. This delivers infrastructure, agents and pipelines that keep running after the engagement ends, the same way TipidNation, EuroPriceDrop, and AIPriceRadar run without daily manual input.

Tell me what you'd hand to a machine.

If there's a part of your marketing that's repeatable, well-defined, and currently eating a person's week, that's usually where the first agent goes. Send a note describing it. I read every one.
